Wholesale Program FAQs
How long does it take before I am approved?
It typically takes 1-3 business days before your account is approved. An Account Manager will contact you and through the onboarding process to ensure you are setup for success.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We are looking for distribution partners around the world to expand our reach and movement. Contact us at for serious inquiries.
How do I become eligible for free samples prior to onboarding?
After you register, an Account Manager will follow up with you. Upon eligibility, you will be provided free samples.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept e-transfer, cheque and wire transfer for wholesale partners. Alternative payment methods are available upon request.
What is the refund policy?
We will provide a full refund of up to $5000 CAD within 90 days if the products are unopened. If the products are defective, please contact your Account Manager and we will arrange for replacements.
Am I protected from price changes and reductions?
We reserve the right to offer discounts to our customers occasionally. Your Account Manager will contact you should any price changes occur.
Can I be a wholesale partner and affiliate at the same time?
No – you cannot be a wholesale partner and affiliate partner at the same time. This is against our policy and your accounts will be terminated if this agreement is breached.
Will I be provided marketing materials?
We will provide you any marketing material you may need to ensure you are successful. An Account Manager will work with you to keep you up to speed on our latest innovations and products.
Do you offer Dropshipping?
We offer dropshipping services, however the discounts may be different than the wholesale partner discount. Please contact for more information.
